  • I've been working with Vicki for four months now.  I have learned so much about myself through working on setting goals, achieving them and when I don't, to problem solve so I can succeed next time.  I've also learned to take control of my destiny and future.  Vicki has taught me that life needs to be lived and not to just let it happen to me.

Vicki has a vast knowledge of coaching techniques that make life more worth living.  She is very talented.  I feel so grateful and lucky I've had the opportunity to work with her.

I wish everyone in the world had the opportunity to work with Vicki, to learn how to be the best they can be.

  • I was in my final year of university and had problems relating to my studying.  I could not focus, concentrate, had no motivation and managed my time poorly which resulted in failure of two courses.  This led to me feeling stressed and depressed and I was in a deep hole.  My mum suggested that I contact Vicki.

Vicki was really understanding and helped me to overcome my challenges step by step.  I developed a positive mindset and realised that I can achieve my study goals.  I really like the idea of using colour codes to plan my schedule and Vicki helped me to better manag my time.

Vicki was very understanding of my religious and cultural differences.  I managed to graduate this year and secure a job.  Cannot thank Vicki enough.

Confident Adults Grown on

Strong Childhood Foundations

Over the past 25 or so years, a downside of society's rapid development is that life is now so fast-paced.  Gaps are appearing in the fabric of our community.  Young women in particular are disengaged from community and more alarmingly, from themselves. To help parents fill those gaps for young women, Emerging Swan Coaching is throwing a life line.

"If we as parents don't provide firm guidelines, structure and strong positive role modelling right from the beginning for our kids, we are neglecting to teach them how to make informed choices and unintentionally robbing them    of the confidence to reach their full potential as adults," says Vicki Lennox of Emerging Swan Coaching Academy.

There is an unmet need in our society to support girls to become confident, independent and proud young women.

According to Vicki, life is a game.  To play the game effectively, we must know and understand the rules.  There are rules to every game and it is vital to be aware of them.  The more clearly defined the rules are and the better we understand them, the more willing and successful we are at playing this game of life.  Surety breeds confidence.

As with most things in life, no-one is an expert the first time they do anything.  In order to learn how to make choices confidently, we must start with the basics.  As we master one aspect, we are introduced to another and so on.  This learning is what kids rely on their parents to provide in the loving safety of family.  Practise makes perfect.

It is only after we've grown our skill and confidence that we find ourselves in the position of leader and in control of our own game.

  • FACILITATING CHANGE

    Dear Vicki

I have just enjoyed reading Facilitating Change.

It immediately brought to mind many wonderful memories of courses I did years ago. The point being, you have brought them all together by creating a lovely package designed especially, for me! Thank you, Coach.

Again, the old adage, when the time is right, comes to mind. With my frantic life becoming even more frantic, I felt like the drowning man who managed to pop his head above the water for the umpteenth time and on this occasion found a life belt close by. I wonder who threw it? Thank you anyway.

I too am a firm believer in constantly questioning and challenging one's belief systems, so many of which come from our easily influenced childhood.

  • I am so appreciative of Vicki Lennox of Emerging Swan Coaching for the Facilitating Change Teleseminar Series.

One requirement of participation in the seminar was to choose one thing that we wanted to change. My choice was to change my attitude to housework. Every time I saw that I hadn't done the housework I viewed it as a personal failing, which led to feelings of guilt which became frustration and anger. Not a great state of mind to be in especially when you have a small child.

After spending the four hours over ten days with Vicki and putting all her tools to use I have changed my perspective and allowed some peace into my often busy and scattered mind.

I can see my shift in attitude will help my relationship with my husband and by not allowing guilt to interfere with my day I'm setting a better example for my daughter. For this I am truly grateful to you, Vicki.

By implementing the tools that I have learned through the teleseminar series I know that my attitude will continue to change for the better. If making one small change can make such a positive impact then I cannot wait to be part of Vicki's One Goal; One Focus Program!

    Thank you Vicki!

  • I find this way of learning amazing in several ways - I get to bond with women I have never met; The dates for all the calls are known well in advance, giving me the opportunity to ensure I'm available to participate on those nights without having to go out or get a baby sitter; It's easier to be completely honest when you're in your comfort zone at home and can remain relatively anonymous;

I get to be in the comfort of home, with everything at my fingertips - glass of water, cup of tea, slippers, jumper

I love it! I encourage anyone who feels they could learn some easy and valuable hints on how to make their life better to join in the next one!
